Rule out TMD: If an ENT doctor has told you that your ears are normal and you do not have any recent loss of hearing I would suggest that TMD or jaw joint or jaw muscle problems might be considered. Fullness and pressure at the side of the face in the presence of normal ears is frequently related to disorders of the dental apparatus, particularly spasm of the masticatory muscles.

Eustachian tube dysf: Eustachian tube dysfunction. increased fluids, steamy shower could help. Otherwise would suggest you ask your Dr. for some further RX. Yawning and chewing gum can also be helpful.
