Usual pattern: After stopping BC your periods can be altered from heavy to no period. It takes a while for the body to produce its own hormones and get you back on the same pattern. So if you do not have periods for a another few months check with provider and do a pregnancy test You did 't mention age but some stop BC just when entering the peri menopausal phase and definitely the periods change
