I got kyleena june 2019. i always had a brown period only up until about a year ago then it stopped completely. a few days ago i had some very light spotting (pink) only when wiping & it lasted for maybe two wipes. is this normal?

A lack of periods is a great side effect of Progesterone IUDs but is not a guarantee. Some people get lucky and never have one but many others do from time to time
