Speech issues: Making word mistakes may reflect your level of fatigue. How much sleep are you getting? If you are not getting 7 hours of sleep or are not eating properly and have low blood sugar, you may be tired, and your thoughts can be disordered or speech can be altered. Regarding the lumps on your head, perhaps sebaceous cysts, or other skin conditions. The two issues are not related in my opinion.

Paraphasias: There are multiple types of paraphasic errors in speech. Using the wrong word, vs using the wrong idea vs non words. (saying "dog" instead of "log" cat or "spog" once you sort out the type of paraphasic error you are making you can start to construct a hypothesis for what kind of language disturbance you have. Then go to sleep. It will likely have resolved by tomorrow.
