Anxietu: Can certainly be a sensation caused by anxiety, however since you smoke and have dysphasia this can be a concern. If it persists, you should see your doctor for advice.

Globus hystericus: That's the fancy name for what your describing. It can be due to anxiety, but sometimes it's due to the cartilage in your neck needed minor surgical attention. Sometimes that's genetic and sometimes it's from trauma. Get an ENT exam first, then if all is normal anatomically, see a psychiatrist about treatment options for your anxiety.
