First rule out UTI: First, see your doctor to rule out a urinary tract infection. If it is negative, you may need to strengthen your pelvic floor with exercises. You might also want to limit bladder irritants such as caffeine, soda and acidic foods such as tomatoes and citrus. You doctor can guide you to the best course of action. Good luck.
