Asthma: There can be many causes of wheezing, asthma is the most common. Bronchitis or a chest cold is another cause. If you are havibg trouble breathing go to an emergency room. If breathing is not hard go see your doctor soon.

Bronchospasm: I can see from your list of meds that you are taking albuterol so you most likely have a diagnosis of asthma.For people with asthma that have persistent wheezing and trouble breathing there are medication to keep it under control or preventive medications. The most commonly used are inhaled steroids and you may ask your doctor about it. If you are wheezing right now and trouble breathing go to ed.
