Strep throat: Did you actually have a throat culture that was = for strep or just a "throat infection". Zithromax is not a first line antibiotic for strep. Aleve-D will help with congestion and pain relief. Take no more than twice / day since it has decongestant. If sore throat doesn't resolve or get much better in 2 days, you may need to switch antibiotic .

Yes,: Pain medications, such as naproxen or Aleve or Aleve D, acetaminophen and ibuprofen are safe to take along with antibiotics for strep throat, as long as you drink fluids and stay within the recommended dose. Be aware that it may cause upset stomach.

Yes: You can take those medications together. Both can cause stomach upset so do not take them on an empty stomach.

Yes: If you have no history of high blood pressure or cardiac disease, you should be fine with a decongestant. Remember that many antibiotics make birth controls not as effective, so please take extra precautions with a condom if you are sexually active. (I would prefer waiting until a committed relationship or at least graduating high school before sex. I am not assuming you are having sex,)

YES.: Assuming you aren't allergic to Aleve (Naproxen) or similar NSAID medications like Motrin (Iburofen) or aspirin, you can take it with ZPack. You may not need the D part of the Aleve D. It is a nasal decongestant that you might not need and has side effects like jitteriness and sleep disturbance.
