Being sensitive: Being well past her first trimester, Tylenol (acetaminophen) won't hurt. And not over-doing it too. That's where you come in: be sensitive to her condition and needs and help out when the pain gets a bit too much. A little massge wouldn't hurt either. And a hot bath and gentle stretching. Her ligaments are a bit looser than usual and she's prone to more aches and pains.
