Massage: The end of pregnancy can become uncomfortable with loosening of the ligaments of the hips and pelvis which is important for childbirth. Less time on her feet (especially on hard cement floors) and massage can be helpful to lessen the pain

Play with fluffy: pillows. Position them in such a way that the pain improves. It is due to a hormone called relaxin that prepares the tissues for the big stretch to occur during deiivery

Being sensitive: Being well past her first trimester, Tylenol (acetaminophen) won't hurt. And not over-doing it too. That's where you come in: be sensitive to her condition and needs and help out when the pain gets a bit too much. A little massge wouldn't hurt either. And a hot bath and gentle stretching. Her ligaments are a bit looser than usual and she's prone to more aches and pains.
