Do you have trauma?: Is that area tender? Do you have any recent trauma to chest? Do you have any recent H/O travel? Do you smoke? Do you have any FH of early heart disease? If the answers are no, this is most likely a musculoskeletal pain and unlikely from underlying cardiopulmonary condition. If pain bothers you, try OTC NSAID's (eg. Motrin).
