More info needed: The diagnosis depends on the type of chest pains. They don't sound heart related, but may be due to irritated/inflamed chest wall muscles or pinching of intercostal nerves which run between ribs. Avoid stretching or straining your chest wall or rib cage. If symptoms persist, see your physician for diagnosis and treatment.
