ER or urgent care: It looks like you have a history of appendicitis and ovarian cysts. Pain from the diaphragm can radiate to the shoulder. It could be your spleen. It could also be ovarian torsion. Please see a physician or go to the ER if the pain is severe and or you feel lightheaded or short of breath at rest. From your medical history, you are familiar with significant pain states.
