Accidental Fall: It's not likely that a fall would disrupt your back this long after your surgery. If you are still feeling alright, it is not likely you have caused any new problems. Sometimes the worst problem is muscle soreness after a fall. The fusion should not be disrupted however.

Spinal fusion: Unlikely to damage the site. The spinal instrumentation used to stabilize the spine is extremely strong and durable. The fusion takes 3-6 months to heal. Sometimes longer in people who smoke, take NSAIDs, or who suffer from osteopenia. You are more likely to hurt something else than to hurt the spinal fusion.
