Can be complex: You need to see your surgeon ASAP. Not clear if there is a problem with fusion, or difficulty above or below surgical site. The timing does fit post-operative scarring with arachnoiditis. Intervention is critical at this point. Conservative approaches are hopefully the best choice, but do not delay.
