I am 5 months out from l4 l5 spinal fusion with cage.i am on light duty at work no b,l,t, and nothing heavier than 35 lbs. i have been having lower back spasms, for a few weeks now and they are getting worse. past few days i have been unable to work?

Can be complex: You need to see your surgeon ASAP. Not clear if there is a problem with fusion, or difficulty above or below surgical site. The timing does fit post-operative scarring with arachnoiditis. Intervention is critical at this point. Conservative approaches are hopefully the best choice, but do not delay.
