No: The CCP can be positive even if the RF is negative.

Yes: Rheumatoid factor and anti-CCP antibodies are commonly found in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). If a patient with RA has +RF and +CCP, it indicates they will likely have a more aggressive disease. Usually, both RF and CCP are positive in RA. It is RARE to have CCP positive without +RF.
