Absolutely: While criteria for antiphospholipod syndrome include either 1 fetal death at 10 weeks or over or 3 or more before the 10th week and among others, work up should include full autoimmune and hypercoagulable work up as well. Trust your Obs-Gyn doc, a rheumatologist should help in sorting out a possible cause for your pregnancy losses.
