Exercise: Low back pain is very common and could come from a variety of sources. Pain could be caused by muscle, joint, disc or nerve injuries to name just a few. Early return to activity and exercise is the best initial treatment combined with anti-inflammatories. Pain that lasts longer then a few weeks should really be evaluated by a back specialist to diagnose the exact cause.
