Good breakfast: Good source of lean protein and veggies or fruit. Examples would be a veggie omelet or fruit smoothie.

Protein: Great question! Always eat a good breakfast, or you'll 'hit the wall' late AM; your body will use stored sugar til then, but we don't store much sugar- (we store sugar as fat). Once your body runs out of sugar, you begin to break down your muscle and bone, and that's BAD! Eat some complex carbohydrates and protein-rich foods, avoid sugary foods, and hydrate; you'll have energy all morning long!
