If after 12 hours: you still have symptoms it is time to try something else. If you have loss of vision or hearing you should contact your doctor. If you have an erection lasting more than 4 hours you should seek medical help. Some people on pre-synaptic alpha agonists (hydralazine) get hypotension from Cialis. Do not abruptly discontinue the hydralazine as doing so can precipitate very high blood pressure.
