Diltiazem: Diltiazem, a nonhydropyridine calcium channel blocker, is used to treat blood pressure and certain supraventricular cardiac arrhythmias. It is well tolerated and very infrequently has to be discontinued due to excessive lowering of blood pressure or severe slowing of the heart rate. Any other side effects are unusual and I'm confident you'll not feel differently taking it. Your dose is low.
