Not likely pregnant: But there's always a chance. Pregnancy tests, even over-the-counter ones, are very accurate. Generally, if you conceived more than 14 days ago, the pregnancy test will be positive. Use your first morning's urine. If your period doesn't come for a whole month, and your test is still negative. See your gyn doc for help.
