I had a trigger shot on august 25th and took a home pregnancy test on august 31 and it was neg. period has not came yet. can the shot delay my period?

Depends: It depends on the injection and what and how much was given. If there were steroids in the injection there is a possibility that it could have a slight affect on your period and hormonal changes. Some women are sensitive to the slightest increase in the steroid in the body and others it might not affect at all. So need to wait and see. Hope this helped.
