Not real period: It is common to get withdrawal bleeding after Postinor-2 or 1. It is expected. Often it may occur 6 days after taking the Postinor. It is not a typical period or "real" period. When this bleeding starts, it is safe to start your combined oral contraceptive pills to prevent a future pregnancy is that is your intention.
