Pregnancy is unlikely with the circumstances described. "Postinor 2" can cause the subsequent bleeding ("three days"). The discharge/itching may be a yeast (fundal) infection, so see your GYN physician for an exam and culture. If your period is delayed, wait five days after the expected start, and obtain a "home" pregnancy test to be certain.
