Orchitis: Are you on antibiotics? I would follow up with a urologist usually after 1 week of antibiotics the organ/area with an infection should be back to baseline so if you have persisting issues at this point you need further evaluation.

Sometimes there may be a lag in swelling resolution- a one week follow up is recommended for orchitis to insure no additional issue are present. Elevation is helpful
