Vaginal medications: I am not sure what kind of oil you are referring too. If this is a medication prescribed by your doctor to be placed as a vaginal suppository then this is a common approach to treatment. There are several medications that can be used safely this way. It is absorbed through the vaginal wall and does not travel up through the cervix into the uterus
