A member asked:

Is there a test that can determine the ratio of good to bad bacteria (or vice versa) in the stomach/intestines?

No test: Great thought question. However, you are assuming 1) we know not only all the community of species of bacteria in the body (aka. The micro biome), but 2) we also know which bacteria is "good" and "bad". There is still a lot of research to answer these two issues- especially when good bacteria, if there is too much of it, can be "bad" by causing an imbalance with other bacteria in the gut.
