Unusual event: Most nerves are not that size or large enough to cause that type of event. Of course nothing is impossible when dealing with human anatomy but I suspect that would be very unusual

Unlikely: not the usual mechanism of a stroke - usually it is caused by a blood clot in a blood vessel or a ruptured blood vessel. in the brain or brain area and not a nerve pressing on an artery

Unlikely: anything that puts pressure on an artery can lead to stroke. Typically strokes like heart attacks occur when the artery is compromised or narrowed from the inside and not the outside.
