Blood test for TB: I believe I addressed your issue. Despite your denial of TB, you cannot be sure. Did you get a blood test for prior TB exposure? Simple pneumonia is not likely to cause calcification of hilar lymphnodes. As I stated earlier, a calcified node is not an indication of cancer.

Node calcifications: Nodal calcifications mean a lot of different things in people. It can be due to old infections (specifically things like atypical mycobacterial infections more like histoplasmosis and coccidiomycosis). TB can do this as well so it should be checked. You can also get this from inhaling certain dusts. Concentric calcifications are mostly benign and no further testing is needed. Cancer
