Repeated pneumonias: For a non-smoker getting emphysema (COPD) and then recurrent pneumonia raises some questions. Any history of travel to Asia or Africa? Specifically reasons to suspect TB? Also weight loss and or night sweats will sway me to get a biopsy of that hilar node. If the answer is No to above questions then simply repeating the CT scan after 6 months may suffice. Talk to a pulmonologist (lung doc).
