Doubtful: That is not a know side effect or complication of OCP's. You should be safe to continue the pill, but should follow-up with your doctor.

No: Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) is BCP. It can cause water retention in some women so some times it can increase the BP not Hypotension.
