Yes: Yaz (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) is a lower dose pill and sometimes you can get changes in bleeding patterns or breakthrough bleeding. Just to be safe, I would check a pregnancy test. Otherwise, this is something that does sometimes happen and be reassured its not that unusual.
