How old are you?: If you are in late forties, I would say this could be from Menopausal symptoms. Do you have Diabetes? If there is Peripherl Neuropathy; try taking Vit B12/ Folate/ Vit E and Magnesium. This might help your symptoms. IF continues to getting worse, seek advise from your doctor/
