Need to see rash: Very hard to know what a rash is without seeing it. If they vesicular (meaning not with pus- more watery), could be due to contact ( like poison ivy), varicella (chicken pox), shingles,eczema, impetigo, and drug allergy ( and others). The only way to know is to have a physician look at it.
