Wait and see: this may be of no significance. If the problem persist you may want to see his pediatrician and it will be unlikely to recur

Fat in stool: I would wait to see if it continues or at least she has it again. There are some foods that can cause this when ingested. The most notorious is the fish Escolar. If it is only once, with no other symptoms, wait and see.
