Cam adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) interfere with levothroxine?

No likely: They treat different things with different mechanisms.

Drug Interactions: There is no drug-drug interaction between adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) & levothyroxine. However, in general, recommend taking levothyroxine on empty stomach with water only at least 30-45 min separate from other medications & caffeine to avoid interference with absorption. Unfortunately, many things (e.g. OTC vitamins, iron supplements, etc) can interfere with absorption of levothyroxine.

Dangerous interactio: there is potential dangerous interaction. Cardiac arrhythmia, high blood pressure and complication of pre existing heart abnormalities.
