Probably not.: Would need to know more details, like are her eyes open are closed? What is she doing when the movement happens, is she awake? If these are twitches upon falling asleep these common and benign, whereas a flurry of twitching upon awakening is more likely to be a concerning condition. Video tape the movement if you can and bring it to her pediatrician for review. Good luck!
