I have been having off and on back pains from since grade school. its worse every time i'm on my period. is it something i should worry about?

Exercise: This is probably not something to worry about but there are things you can do to help the problem. Aerobic exercise like walking, swimming or biking for 30 -60 minutes 5 time a week can decrease back pain. Strengthening the abdominal muscles also helps relieve back pain. Yoga or seeing a chiropractor may help. Motrin or Aleve (naproxen) around the time of your periods may relieve the pain.
