Hard to say: Be aware the stomach is quite expandable, so its size can vary incredibly depending on when and what you have eaten or is going on. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "enlarged" stomach and it would help to understand your question if you provide some symptoms you have. Stomach size can be evaluated by a CT scan, but you only considering doing a study like this when you have certain symptoms
