Need to be seen: With a positive pregnancy test, bleeding and abdominal bloating, ectopic pregnancy must be ruled out. This is potentially an emergency and you should go in to be seen. Miscarriage is also possible. You may find that all is ok as many pregnancies have early bleeding, but the risk of ectopic or the need to follow a miscarriage means you should be seen.
