PNV: If you eat healthy and avoid junk food, soda, and fast food, you don't need to take any vitamins except maybe prenatal vitamins (any brand). If you are vegetarian (better), you really don't need any vitamins except possibly prenatal (although you'll be getting enough folate). If you are vegan, the only vitamin that you definitely need to take is B12 supplements.
