I believe i might have temporal lobe seizures.

If that is: the case then you need to be evaluated by a neuro-psychiatrist.

See neurologist: See a neurologist and have a sleep deprived EEG. 50% of patients with epilepsy have a normal EEG the first time it is done. A neurologist taking a thorough history and doing an exam may make the diagnosis even if the EEG is normal.
