Iv got really bad pain in my lower back right side near my bum area.its a constant ache burning pain cant get comfortable in any position.

May be sacroiliac: Sorry you are suffering from this...There are several common causes of sciatica including sacroiliac joint irritation or a herniated disk. If your pain does not get better, if numbness affects the crotch, or if you have bowel or bladder difficulty, then you may need a surgical evaluation, otherwise your primary care provider or physiatrist +/- physical therapist can help with definitive treatment.

Back pain: Besides sciatica, pain in lower back where you can't get comfortable in any position could be a kidney stone. Sciatica pain typically radiates down the buttocks and leg where kidney stone pain usually radiates towards the groin. This could be helpful to narrow down the cause of your pain. See a doctor if the pain worsens or persists.

Go to E.R.: constant burning pain may be due to kidney problem as stone or infection ,or another infection in the abdomen . You should go to E.R.to get your test done and to get the treatment accordingly .
