See doctor: Warmth and pain are two of the cardinal signs of inflammation. See primary care doctor or rheumatologist to make sure that you do not have an underlying autoimmune disease like rheumatoid arthritis . They may intern have you evaluated by a foot specialist for evaluation.

Nighttime foot warm: Bilateral foot pain at night is usually due to pressure on the nerves in the low back. Many patients think it is a problem with the feet directly. The nerves that give sensation to the feet emanate from the low back. Try applying ice to your lower back and see if the warmth stops. If it does then it there is your cause. You are young, and should have a back specialist assess your problem.
