Everyone different.: Everyone is a little different. Seems early to have shortness of breath but lower stomach and back pains could certainly be due to pregnancy.

Pregnancy: Epigadtric pain common with pregnancy. In early pregnancy back pain unusual. Shortness of breath is never normal. Talk to your OB.
