No: Rarely does an aneurysm have any symptoms. Most are asymptotic unless they ruptur. very rarly very large aneurysms can have GI symptoms like you describe

Not really: Usually an aortic aneurysm does not hurt UNLESS.. it is tearing. This usually is described as a tearing type pain to the mid abdominal region with some pains to the mid back too. The symptoms that you describe is not usual for aortic aneurysm.
