If you can't drive.: It sounds like a severe migraine. Headaches from an aneurysm in your head would also be very severe, but usually much worse symptoms after one day. Since this has gone on several days I think you're safe with respect to any ruptured aneurysm. And urgent care or ER visits with an MRI would be recommended.
