Can a person have post partum thyroiditis if they do not have a thyroid? how long after a levo increase does it take for a person to feel better?

Thyroid: Everyone has a thyroid gland unless has been surgically removed. Post partum thyroiditis indicates inflammation. Blood testing of thyroid hormone levels is important. It takes about 10 days to feel better after a change in dose of levothyroxine.
