No: The purpose of a bra is to support pendulous breasts. As a male with only ductal tissue, even if gynecomastia develops there would never be an indication for bra support. If there is pain in the back and chest look for another source such as intercostal neuroma, costochondritis of the rib/cartilage area or lower mediastinal lesion
