About 2 days ago, i discovered a very painful bump under my breast, like where the underwire would be. (i don't wear underwite bras). how would i know if it's a spider bite. it's kind of even making my chest & back hurt.

Carbuncle: Probably an infected skin follicle which we call a carbuncle. It is in a moist area under the bra , May need to see a physician for antibiotics. If not resolved on antibiotics the core needs to be taken out by a surgeon. But first need to see a doctor to get a actual diagnosis. Spiders bite not likely.
